Terms of Service

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. An account is intended for one person; workspaces are how you share access with a team.

Koin and payment

• The service uses prepaid koin, not a monthly subscription.
• Koin are deducted only when a generation succeeds. Failed generations cost nothing.
• Koin do not expire and work across every feature.
• Koin cannot be refunded for cash or transferred between workspaces.
• Package prices and per-feature rates may change; changes apply to future purchases, not koin you already hold.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the scripts, voice samples, and files you upload. Output you generate is likewise yours, including for commercial use, provided you comply with these terms and the Voice Policy.

We need a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the service.

Prohibited use

• Cloning someone else’s voice without valid permission.
• Creating content that misleads people into thinking it came from a specific person or organisation.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.
• Circumventing technical limits, including creating repeat accounts to harvest trial koin.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. For serious breaches — particularly misuse of someone else’s voice — suspension may happen without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and high quality, but we do not guarantee that generated output will always meet expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted.
